1 cup couscous

3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Kosher salt and freshly ground white pepper, to taste



Cook according to the directions that accompany the couscous.  If you purchase couscous in bulk form, allow 1-1/4 cup boiling water for each cup of couscous.  Let stand for 5 minutes or up to 30 minutes.


Drizzle on the olive oil and toss it with the couscous to break up the grains. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
