Ingredients:

 

1 bunch kale

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

 

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Line a bakesheet with parchment.

 

  • Rinse the kale thoroughly, spin dry. Remove center stem and tear pieces.into a bowl.

 

  • Distribute the kale over the prepared bakesheet. Sprinkle the salt over the kale and toss to mix. Bake for 20 minutes.
